Estimates
All estimates provided by Harborline Fence are free, non-binding, and valid for thirty (30) days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing. Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, material selection, scope changes, permit requirements, or unforeseen circumstances.
Deposits and Payments
Project deposits may be required prior to scheduling or beginning work. Deposit amounts vary by project and will be outlined in the customer’s written agreement or estimate.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise stated in writing.
Permits and Approvals
Harborline Fence will obtain required permits for applicable projects unless otherwise agreed in writing. Permit timelines and approval processes may affect scheduling and project completion dates.
Customers are responsible for any HOA approvals, property line verification, or other non-permit approvals required prior to installation.
Material Availability and Pricing
Project scheduling and pricing are subject to material availability. Harborline Fence is not responsible for delays caused by supplier shortages, shipping delays, discontinued products, or manufacturer issues.
Material pricing may change due to market fluctuations prior to project commencement.
Scheduling and Delays
Estimated start and completion dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, permitting delays, material availability, subcontractor scheduling, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Harborline Fence shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, hurricanes, floods, fires, pandemics, government actions, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, or other force majeure events.
Site Access and Property Conditions
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area.
Customers must disclose the location of private underground improvements, including but not limited to irrigation lines, invisible pet fencing, low-voltage wiring, drainage systems, and privately installed utilities.
Harborline Fence is not responsible for damage to undisclosed private underground systems.

If a customer cancels a project after materials have been ordered, Harborline Fence reserves the right to retain deposits and recover any material costs, restocking fees, administrative costs, or other expenses incurred.
Warranty
Harborline Fence provides a one (1) year workmanship warranty on installation labor, beginning on the date of project completion.
Material warranties, if applicable, are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their individual warranty terms.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by weather, misuse, abuse, accidents, acts of nature, ground movement, or modifications made by others.
